IMPORTANT - HST TAX CHANGES:
As per recent changes in the Ontario Tax Code, most invoices created after May 1 2010 which include products and services that are to be delivered in part or wholly after July 1 2010, will include the new 13% HST tax, replacing both the GST and PST taxes. If the Internet light on your Cable Modem is flashing, this may mean there is an issue with the incoming line to your home.  There could be network maintenance causing a brief outage, or a general line issue.  Power off your modem for 10 minutes and try again.  If you still have 1 blinking light, contact Technical Support to open a Support Ticket.
