IMPORTANT - HST TAX CHANGES:
As per recent changes in the Ontario Tax Code, most invoices created after May 1 2010 which include products and services that are to be delivered in part or wholly after July 1 2010, will include the new 13% HST tax, replacing both the GST and PST taxes. Why are my speeds so slow?

Answer

If you are experiencing slow speeds on your Cable Internet, this may be due to packet loss between your modem and router.  To test this, simply hook your modem directly to your computer and see if your speeds improve.  If not, there may be an issue with the cable line going to the residence.  Please call Technical Support for fruther assistance.
