IMPORTANT - HST TAX CHANGES:
As per recent changes in the Ontario Tax Code, most invoices created after May 1 2010 which include products and services that are to be delivered in part or wholly after July 1 2010, will include the new 13% HST tax, replacing both the GST and PST taxes. DSL speed depends on a number on things, including line quality in your area, and distance from a CO (Central Office).  If you feel your speeds are not fast enough, please contact Technical Support and we will open a Trouble Ticket to attempt to raise your speeds to the highest stable profile; this is not guaranteed.
