IMPORTANT - HST TAX CHANGES:
As per recent changes in the Ontario Tax Code, most invoices created after May 1 2010 which include products and services that are to be delivered in part or wholly after July 1 2010, will include the new 13% HST tax, replacing both the GST and PST taxes. My Cable Internet isn't working

Answer

First, you need to ensure that you have 4 green lights on your RCA Cable modem.  If this is the case, please make sure that the modem is hooked directly to your PC, bypassing any routers or switches you may have.  Open your web browser to test connectivity.  If a page does not load, contact Technical Support.
