IMPORTANT - HST TAX CHANGES:
As per recent changes in the Ontario Tax Code, most invoices created after May 1 2010 which include products and services that are to be delivered in part or wholly after July 1 2010, will include the new 13% HST tax, replacing both the GST and PST taxes. How do I setup my e-mail in Microsoft Outlook 2003?

Answer

  1. Open Microsoft Outlook 2003
  2. Click on Tools, go to E-Mail Accounts
  3. Click on Add A New E-Mail Account
  4. Click Next
  5. Click on POP3
  6. Click Next
  7. Fill in the information as seen below
  8. Click Next
  9. Click Finish
