TELECOMMUNICATIONS TECHNICIAN

(Full time position)

 

Are you seasoned in voice telecom and or networking technologies, including PABX, Key and VoIP Telephone Systems, Voice Processing, Data Networking protocols, hardware and applications? Do you have experience with Avaya, Nortel, Mitel, Cisco, or other similar equipment? Do you possess any Microsoft Certifications? Do you have strong customer relation skills and the ability to quickly diagnose and repair telecommunication and networking problems on your first visit? If so, you may be what we are looking for.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT STAFF

(Part time and full time positions are available)

 

We are looking for team players capable of handling a multi-tasking environment who would relish the opportunity to provide excellent support to our customers and staff. We provide a relaxed and family-like atmosphere with the potential for personal and professional growth within the company.

 

Requirements: A successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks at once and general computer skills such as computer hardware repairs, software installation, etc. Our new office is not on a bus route, so personal transportation is mandatory.

 

Experience with computer networking and/or Linux/Unix server administration is an asset.
