RECEIVING/SENDING A FAX THROUGH EMAIL

To receive a fax from someone they will simply just have to send a fax to your fax number 1 ###-####. Once the fax is sent, you can check your fax by logging into your email that the fax is set up to. Once you log into your email you should be able to see the fax as a PDF file and open it.

To send a fax through your email account you will have to compose a new message. In the “To:” section, you will put the fax number you would like to send a fax to as follows;  [email protected]  When you type the number you would like to fax in that order you will be able to successfully send the fax. You will type the first page of your fax into the body of the email, and add more pages to your fax, simply attach the file you would like to add to the fax, and it will print out as the following page from the body.

RECEIVING/SENDING A FAX THROUGH ONLINE PORTAL

Checking incoming and outgoing faxes using our Online portal is very easy. Simply log into our online portal by going to our website portal.kelcom.net and clicking on “EXISTING CUSTOMER” and then selecting “VOIP PORTAL”. Or by clicking the button below:

For the user ID please enter your fax number with the number 1 in front of it. Ex, 15195551212. Then please type in the password. The temporary password will be provided at setup. Once you log in, it will prompt you to set up your own permanent password. From there you are now logged in. On the left-hand side, you can see the Menu tab.

To receive the fax, click on the “Inbound History” tab. Here you have access to see all the inbound faxes you receive.

To send a fax, click on "Compose" then fill out all the mandatory fields. In the Recipient field, you can enter the contact person's name or the business name. In the Fax field, you enter the recipient fax number. The comment section will be your cover page, you can fill it out if you want to send a cover page with your fax. Click on the Attachment button to attach your fax document before you submit it.
